Сферой профессиональной деятельности О.В. Ройтблат являются вопросы, связанные с управлением системой дополнительного образования, профессиональным развитием педагогических и управленческих кадров, развитием профессионально-общественных организаций, конкурсного и олимпиадного движения педагогов.

Научная деятельность О.В. Ройтблат связана с профессиональной деятельностью и социальной позицией. О.В. Ройтблат инициирует многие, обогащающие педагогическую науку и образовательную практику, нововведения, призванные не только совершенствовать образовательный процесс в системе дополнительного образования, но и открывать новые подходы.  The creative path

The creative path of Olga Vladimirovna Roitblat is the ascent to the pedagogical Olympus, in a difficult time for the country by the way. When it wasn't enough to be just a talented teacher, passionate about his profession, but first of all - civil courage, energy was required to reform the education system, moreover the highest level of responsibility for everything that happens at school.

More than 30 years of pedagogical activity were given to the Tyumen school num. 34, which once she had graduated and came to take up employment first as an English teacher, then as a mastermind of extracurricular work, next step as a director, showing extraordinary organizational skills at each stage of activity, taking the school to an innovative path of development and further to an experimental site of regional, Russian and international importance.

As the head of a new type, teacher-practitioner, thinker, in 2002, the Governor of the Tyumen region S.S. Sobyanin appointed O.V. Roitblat as the Head of the Department of Education and Science in the Tyumen Region. For two years, she has reformed the regional education system, where she personally got acquainted with the state of affairs in each educational institution: a school, an orphanage, a kindergarten of each municipality in the south of the region, made some offers to the administration of the region on restructuring the сhain of rural schools; basic schools are simultaneously identified.

A high professional and managerial level allows Olga Vladimirovna to increase the prestige of Tyumen education and the social status of a teacher; education in the region gets unprecedented support from the regional government, and becoming a priority industry.

In 2004, O.V. Roitblat was appointed as a Rector of the Tyumen State Institute of Regional Education.

The institute, headed by Olga Vladimirovna, creates conditions for the comprehensive development of children: a multidisciplinary school for gifted students, subject Olympiads, festivals, "Step to the Future" conferences, intellectual marathons for fourth-graders - "Zankovites," etc., which for three years in a row become the winners of the National Contest at the program of L.V. Zankov.

There are 114 experimental sites in the region, an association of talented teacher winners of the Teacher of the Year contest. The Institute has its own graduate school, where graduate students and applicants from different territories of the region and the country are being trained.
