Володина Елена Николаевна
Кандидат филологических наук, доцент. В сентябре 2016 года завершила обучение в докторантуре академической кафедры методологии и теории социально-педагогических исследований ТюмГУ с представлением диссертационного исследования по теме «Теоретико-методологические основы и практика модернизации языкового образования в школе».
Область научных интересов:

- языковое развитие личности в системе общего образования;
- формирование языкового опыта личности в метаязыковом образовательном пространстве;
- методика преподавания русского языка и литературы;
- анализ и интерпретация художественного текста,;

В составе победителей Всероссийского конкурса «Учитель года-2008» представляла опыт российского образования в Финляндии. С 2010 года курирует подготовку педагогов к профессиональному конкурсу «Учитель года» муниципального, регионального и российского уровней. Член жюри (предметного и по оценке эссе) конкурса «Учитель года России» 2014-2019 гг., председатель жюри конкурса «Учитель года Тюменской области» в номинации «Педагогический дебют».
Председатель региональной экспертной комиссии ЕГЭ, заместитель председателя региональной предметной комиссии ОГЭ по литературе. Член жюри областных предметных олимпиад по русскому языку и литературе, председатель секции «Литературоведение» областной научно-практической конференции «Шаг в будущее».
Активный участник реализации 4 федеральных Грантов: «Распространение на всей территории образовательных систем, обеспечивающих современное качество общего образования», «Функционирование русского языка как государственного языка Российской Федерации», «Развитие кадрового потенциала педагогов по вопросам изучения русского языка», «Модернизация технологий и содержания обучения в соответствии с новым федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом посредством разработки концепций модернизации конкретных областей, поддержки региональных программ развития образования и поддержки сетевых методических объединений в рамках государственной программы РФ «Развитие образования».

Elena Nikolaevna Volodina
Education:
A Candidate of Philological Sciences.
In September 2016, Elena Volodina completed doctoral studies at the Academic Department of Methodology and Theory of Social and Educational Research at Tyumen State University. She presented a dissertation study Theoretical and Methodological Bases and the Practice of Modernizing Language Education at School.
Her research interests include language education, personality development through language in the system of general education, development of language experience of a personality in meta-language educational environment, methods of teaching the Russian language and literature, literary analysis and interpretation, pedagogical hermeneutics, subject oriented teaching, specialized education for gifted children. She is the head of the regional network project Personality development through language in general education in the conditions of the implementation of the federal state educational standards, the supervisor of methodological sessions for Tyumen gymnasium №49, Tyumen gymnasium №21, Vikulovo school №2 of the Vikulovskiy district, Gymnasium of the Russian culture.
Elena Volodina has 30 years of work experience, including her work as a teacher in Tyumen gymnasium №16 for 20 years. She is an honorary worker of the general education of the Russian Federation, the winner of the contest of the best teachers of the Russian Federation in the framework of the National Educational Project-2006. She is the winner of the regional competition The Teacher of the Year-2008 and the national contest The Teacher of the Year -2008; she is also the winner of the Small Crystal Pelican. With the team of winners of the national contest The Teacher of the Year-2008 Elena Volodina presented Russian education in Finland. Since 2010, she has been training teachers for the professional competition The Teacher of the Year on the municipal, regional and national levels. She is a jury member of regional Olympiads in the Russian language and literature, and the chairperson of the sub-forum Literary Studies of the regional scientific conference A Step in the Future.

Elena Nikolaevna Volodina made a valuable contribution to the implementation of four federal grants: Dissemination throughout the territory of educational systems ensuring the modern quality of general education, Russian as the state language of the Russian Federation, The development of workforce capacity of teachers on the study of the Russian language, Modernization of technologies and content of education according to the Federal State Education Standards by developing concepts for modernization of specific areas, supporting regional programs for the development of education and supporting network methodological associations as part of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of education".
